How does greenhouse SANUS differ from other greenhouses?
It is very important before choosing a greenhouse, pay attention to the quality of the polycarbonate used, the metal construction. Most manufacturers use polycarbonate of low quality (Chinese or from CIS countries), galvanized sheets, which start to shave under field conditions. In order to decorate your yard with a beautiful and high quality greenhouse, be sure to note what materials they are made of.
6 mm polycarbonate
A polycarbonate chamber 6 mm polycarbonate coating manufactured in Austria, which has a 10 year warranty, has UV resistance (ultraviolet radiation). The coating has a light transmittance of 82%.
Polycarbonate is extremely shock resistant. Channel polycarbonate sheets are extremely resistant to robbery, hail and easy to recycle. The double-skinned sheet structure has air ducts, which guarantee extra durability and exceptional insulation properties.
Polycarbonate sheets contain special infrared rays that keep the heat accumulated during the day longer.

Aluminum
Greenhouses made of aluminum profiles are durable, weather resistant, resistant to corrosion, do not change color. All this will create a beautiful and cozy environment in your yard.
In a greenhouse, aluminum profiles and polycarbonate sheets have a better microclimate – they contain about 20% more light than a traditional greenhouse covered with a polyethylene film.
Roof windows and doors ensure good air circulation, and with the choice of automatic ventilation and irrigation systems, the greenhouse itself will maintain the required microclimate. In the greenhouse there are skylights for ventilation designed, two-door doors are easy to connect, and gutters for collecting rainwater are installed at the roof edges.
The design is robust and suitable for our non-sensitive meteorological conditions. Since most manufacturers produce profiles in strip or pipe shapes, these profiles can be measured and answered that the tape is 6mm, 8mm or 10mm thick and the pipe wall is 2mm or 3mm. Therefore, customers are looking for a profile that is as thick as possible so that the greenhouse can withstand all climate conditions in Lithuania. What you need to know before installing the SANUS greenhouse?
In conjunction with the SANUS greenhouse you will receive a detailed installation guide, but it is useful to know some tips (greenhouse installation instructions):
Preparing the greenhouse base:
First, choose a location for the greenhouse, preferably enough sunlight during the day. Prepare the foundation-make sure that it is as smooth as possible.
Approval of greenhouse profile:
We recommend that the greenhouse frame profile be fixed to the base. Fibo blocks, sidewalk elements, bordering elements are perfect for it – any material that does not absorb water, then rub in the autumn, and during winter it will not blow away. For example, an improper choice would be blocked concrete blocks).
Fix the selected fasteners evenly to the ground in the greenhouse corners and / or in the middle (depending on the size of the greenhouse selected) and attach the reference greenhouse profile to them.
Attention: fasteners (screws) are already included in the purchased greenhouse kit.
We recommend:
Multifoil AntiDUST strips are the most effective protective device for protecting multi-polycarbonate panels from moisture. We use two types of bands, breathable (with a white stripe in the middle) and a non-breathable (just a gray strip) for greenhouse polycarbonate sealing.
Always bind the breathable tape from the bottom of the polycarbonate sheet, and breathless at the top (to seal the empty middle channels).
